How can I exchange or issue a complaint about a product?

  • First of all, please accept our apologies that our delivery did not meet your expectations. We will, of course, take care of it as soon as possible.

Not sure if something is defective or what the problem might be?

Please send us a ticket or an email to mail@servershop24.de with the following information:

  • Order number or invoice number for identification
  • Brief description of the problem, ideally with a picture and serial number of the affected device

Our service staff will usually respond on the same day during business hours and discuss the next steps with you.

Already know what the problem is?

Simply report your complaint via the “My Account” section.

Instructions on how to do this can be found here: How do I report a return?

Then attach the completed return form that you will receive by email after registering. Once the goods, along with the form, arrive with us, our service technicians will process your return and contact you.
