Where can I find my order ID, customer ID, or return ID?

For precise identification of all transactions, we usually require one of the identification numbers (short: ID) mentioned above. Here's how to find your ID:

Order number / Order ID / Order reference number

• In the subject line of the order confirmation email (Subject line: "Order confirmation for your order with number: 123456" from sender "noreply@servershop24.de")
• At the top right of your invoice
• After logging in, under Order history in your My Account area

Customer number / Customer ID

• At the top right of an invoice, offer or credit note directly under the order number
• In many of our emails, usually in the first line, e.g. the order confirmation (Subject line: "Order confirmation for your order with number: 123456" from sender "noreply@servershop24.de")
• After logging in, at the bottom of the website near our phone number

Return number / Return ID

• In our email with the return confirmation (Subject line: "Return..." from sender "noreply@servershop24.de")
• After logging in, under Order history in your My Account area.
