How do I register a return?

Typical return process:

  1. Register the return in your "My Account" area. (You will receive a confirmation email)
  2. The return will be checked and approved by one of our customer service representatives. We may contact you for further information or clarification.
  3. You will receive an approval email with a return label and instructions on how to return the product.
  4. After receiving the return, one of our staff members in the returns department will process it. This usually takes only a few days.
  5. You will then receive your replacement or refund.

Registering the return in "My Account"

  • After logging in, click on "Order History" and then on "Return Item" for the relevant order.
  • Here you can enter the affected quantity and select, for example, "exchange" as the reason.

Your return is now recorded in our system and will be processed as soon as possible by one of our staff members.

Registering via email or ticket

  • Of course, you can also submit your return request via email or our ticket system. In both cases, we will create the return order for you.
