How can I get a copy of the invoice?
You will receive your invoice from us through the following ways:
- With your delivery in the blue document pouch attached to the package.
- By email as an attachment to the shipping confirmation (subject "Your order 123456 has been shipped!" Sender: "noreply@servershop24.de").
- As a download in the "My Account" section (login with your email and password or use the link provided in the order confirmation).
- Upon request through our contact form, for which we will need your order number and email address.
