How and when will I get my money back?

Generally, we try to process refunds as quickly as possible and through the same payment method used for the original payment.

The processing time for returns is usually less than 5 days after receiving the goods, but it can sometimes take a few extra days. If you haven't heard anything from our customer service 7 days after we received your return, please let us know through our contact form.

Refunds using a different payment method

If a refund is not possible using the original payment method, we will transfer the money to your bank account. This may occur in cases where payments were made using Bitcoin or if the payment was made too far in the past. If we don't have your bank details, we will contact you by email.

Information about refunds using a credit card

Depending on the credit card provider, it may sometimes take until the next monthly statement for you to see the refund in your account for refunds made using a credit card.
