How long is my warranty period?
We are happy to answer this question, but please note that this can only provide a summary. For detailed information, please refer to §4 of our terms and conditions.
1. Warranty for business customers
For all business customers within the EU, we provide a 6-month warranty, during which we are liable for defective goods and will replace or repair them according to the customer's wishes and availability.
Tip: If you are looking for additional security beyond the warranty period or with additional services, you can find these in our Hardware Care Packs. These range from simple hardware protection with "Pickup & Return" to a round-the-clock service hotline for an on-site technician with a maximum response time of 4 hours!
2. Warranty for private end consumers
Of course, we provide a 12-month warranty for used goods purchased from us for private end consumers. For new goods, this warranty period is even 24 months.
Within the corresponding warranty period, we are liable if we have delivered defective goods to you and will replace them or refund your purchase price. Simply put, you report a defect, and we take care of it! Instructions on the exact procedure for a complaint can be found here.
3. Warranty and warranty extension?
If the device is still under manufacturer's warranty, it remains valid, and we will indicate this in the article description.
