Withdrawal as a consumer

As a private end consumer, you have the option to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Simply notify us of your withdrawal via the "My Account" section. You can find instructions on how to do this here.

Withdrawal as a business customer

Unfortunately, there is no right of withdrawal for business customers in this form. However, if you are dissatisfied with your delivery, please let us know, we will be happy to explore options for exchange or credit based on credit balance: Contact form.
